The Bed & Breakfast “da Mariangela” is derived from an ancient water mill of the beginning of the Century, recently restored. It is located  in “Avio”, at the mouth of a narrow and still unfrequented vale, furrowed by the mountain stream “Aviana”. One side of the building  is destined to guests, who can also take advantage of the spaces at the external of the structure. The porch and the terrace in front of the B&B are equipped with tables, chairs and deck–chairs to enjoy the nice view down the valley or the mountains around. The “Aviana” creek flows at the foot of the mill, and is one of the nicest spots of the area for fishing. The cyclable-lane along the “Adige” river offers the possibility for a day trip on bycicles, which are available to guests. The ancient Castle of Avio is at walk distance, and can be the excuse for pleasant walk through the history of the area. The surroundings offer a lot of different mountain- and hill-trails, accessible to anybody at any time of the year.

The Garda lake is close, and can be reached both from Rovereto and Verona.

The house also has an environment where guests have the opportunity to try their hand with the help of managers in various manual activities (decoupage, mosaics, manufacture of small wooden objects, ...). Near the B & B you can practice sports: skiing facilities are present in the Monte Baldo and Brentonico.
